• No drilling or holes are required to mount the rack 
• The rack clamps to the door with formed brackets.  This rack only fits the Eurovan.
• Rack lock not needed.  Rear door needs to be open to remove the rack. 
• Rear door can be opened and closed with the rack in place.
• Gloss black powder coat: zinc rich epoxy primer with polyester top coat.  Hardware is stainless steel.

Extra force hatch struts, to hold your door open when cargo is present on your rack:
Stock hatch struts are about 770N in force.  1200 Newton struts work good for a rack with a gas can and a tire.
LiftSupportDepot.com in California has hatch struts in higher than stock force.
McMaster Carr in the USA will make custom hatch struts

5.  If I do not have something in stock, it usually takes about a week to build.  Shipping transit time by UPS takes about 5 business days.

Important - When carrying bikes, always use an additional tie down strap for each bike to secure the bike to the rack.  In case the bike detaches from the bike carrier.
